Ifi came to training with solid lifting experience but felt his cardiovascular fitness and core strength were lagging behind. To address this, we introduced high-intensity interval training to improve cardiovascular response and work capacity, followed by calisthenics-based core training to enhance stability, athleticism, and overall conditioning. This approach helped create a more balanced, capable physique while strengthening areas often missed in traditional resistance routines.

Targeted interval training and core development restore balance, improve endurance, and build a physique that performs as well as it looks.
