The Tier Method — 4, 8 or 12 Week Program
Structured 1-to-1 personal training designed around your goals using a mix of:

  • Strength and muscle building

  • Bodyweight and mobility work

  • Cardio and conditioning

  • Safe, sustainable progress

Progress doesn’t come from one great workout — it comes from momentum for consistency and habit-building over the long term:

  • Regular gym sessions with me

  • Check-ins for accountability

  • Nutrition and recovery guidance

  • Support for lifestyle changes

You will train with me at PureGym, Bradford Road, Idle

  • In-person sessions (no generic online plans)

  • Progress tracking and plan adjustments

  • Simple nutrition guidance

  • 2–3 sessions per week Either 3 – 60 min or 2 – 90 min sessions

  • Flexible scheduling: evenings & weekends

For clients who prefer flexibility, a Pay Weekly option is available on 4, 8, and 12-week programs.

  • £50 Commitment Fee – payable upfront to cover the time spent creating your tailored program (non-refundable and not deducted from session costs).

  • Weekly Payments – sessions must be paid in advance at the start of each week via a secure Stripe link to reserve your slots.

  • Standard Rate – sessions are charged at the full single-session price under this option.

While the Pay Weekly option provides flexibility, please note that full program packages (paid upfront) deliver the best value and savings, making them the most cost-effective way to achieve consistent, long-term results.
