I’m based at PureGym Bradford Idle, a 24/7 gym with a wide range of equipment and classes included. It’s a practical, well-equipped space for both strength and conditioning work. All sessions are delivered from : M4, Bradford Rd, Bradford BD10 8EG. You can read member reviews to get a general sense of the gym and, in some cases, feedback relating to my work there.
