About

I’m a personal trainer who helps people get stronger, healthier, and more confident. I’ve rebuilt my own life through training — leaving old habits behind, and finding the discipline to move forwards. Now I use that same approach to guide others with clear routines and safe training. My goal is to help you improve your body and health for the long run.

Passionate about building strength and long-term health into my 40s, I’ve transformed lifestyle setbacks into strength — even training through the 40-degree heat of Murcia, Spain where I lived and worked as a teaching assistant. Training daily in the gym, rollerblading, swimming and playing basketball shaped my philosophy. Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about building the discipline, structure, and habits that carry you through life’s toughest transitions.

My coaching style

I teach sustainability through responsible and adaptable training.

– I’ll help you train confidently and stay consistent with clear coaching and real results. Blending progressive overload, volume, and detail from bodybuilding with functional training and conditioning, helping you rebuild and rewire rituals, channelling this mindset into movement.

Why did you get into fitness?

I got into fitness after lockdown, when I realised how much low activity had affected my health and energy. At first my goal was to put on some weight and get stronger. But as I kept going, I found huge value in the community at the gym and in learning proper training techniques. Over time, fitness became less about just looking better and more about taking charge of my health and building longevity as I was entering my forties. It became a turning point in how I wanted to live my life.

What motivates you as a trainer?

I know how easy it is to waste time in the gym without a clear plan. I’ve seen people put in effort but risk injury or get no real results. That’s why I focus on teaching safe, effective training and giving people the confidence to do it right. Helping someone feel stronger and more capable is what drives me.

What's your coaching style?

My coaching style is supportive but educational. I like to explain not just what to do, but why it matters — whether it’s form, recovery, or lifestyle choices. I’ve been on the other side of the journey myself, starting from scratch and working through challenges like breaking bad habits and rebuilding discipline. So I know how valuable encouragement and knowledge can be. I aim to make people feel confident, safe, and inspired to keep progressing.

How do you motivate clients who are struggling?

I start by listening and shifting perspectives. Small wins build confidence, encouragement helps people see their own potential, and I remind them that doubts are normal. Progress comes step by step, its about patience and persistence.

What makes you different as a trainer?

I’ve lived the process — rebuilding after health issues, quitting bad habits, and starting from scratch. I don’t just give workouts; I coach mindset, habits, and resilience. My goal is to set clients up with skills they can use for life, not just during our sessions.

Where do you see yourself long term?

I want to keep growing as a coach, stay current with training research, and help more people make fitness part of their everyday lives. Personally, I want to keep improving my own health and longevity too. I want to be known as a trainer who gives people both results and the mindset that lasts far beyond a single program.

Structure That Builds Confidence

Training works best when it’s safe, clear, and consistent. Here’s the system I use.
